ella day is here...

she is so sweet and small and beautiful! we are loving being an aunt/uncle! amy went to the hospital last night for an induction. they started her on the pitocin around 8 this am. then her water broke by itself around 930. ella's heart rate wasn't tolerating the contractions once her water broke so they decided to do a c-section. ella was born at 1036am weighing in at 6lb 6oz and 19 in long! her and mama are doing wonderful!

she has dark hair and looks just like amy's baby picture!

they will be fantastic parents...

canon was intrigued by her at first, but then became a busy body. oh, the days when he slept all day!

she kept chewing on her blanket hand...so cute...

this is the shirt amy and drew gave canon last fall to announce they were pregnant...

uncle tyler is such a softy when it comes to driving his car...

it was such a fun, yet long day! i love being at the hospital with a new baby. pray that amy and drew are able to get some rest while they're in the hospital....they're exhausted! we probably wore our welcome out today, but it was so hard to leave them!
