1) this cutie has the softest baby hair ever! i love his long-ish locks. however, this time they were too long. we had an appointment with my girl in muskogee a couple of weeks ago but had to cancel due to the snow. i went out looking for some longer guards for the clippers, but couldn't find any. i just couldn't stand it any longer....
so what did i do? took an 8 guard to his WHOLE head. i scalped my baby, that's what i did. turns out his hair is really thin and now i can see his scalp pretty clearly! i LOVE his combed over preppy do, but the only way to make this style look good is to faux hawk like brother and dad! he's still cute and i keep telling myself that it's hair and it grows FAST! but for the time being, we'll enjoy this style :)
2. now for this guy...he has been growing it out since last may. he's only done this only one other time, but it's never been this long. i may have told him he should do it one night last summer, and he ran with it. it didn't take long for me to miss his signature "lane" hair. i kept asking him when he would cut it, and he said he didn't know, but maybe after beanie season was over. the majority of people were on my side and prefer it shorter.
fast forward to valentine's when he came home with a haircut. i was shocked he had did it...and on his own timing. he had talked to his mom a week ago about MAYBE doing it. we had joked this weekend about me bribing him with an iphone to cut it. the unofficial deal was he could get an iphone when he cut his hair! this is not why he did it...he's so sweet and knew it would make me really happy!! he was handsome before, but my word...
now for the gross part. he had said WHEN he decided to cut it, he wanted to get some righteous mullet pics! he had his mom cut it like this first. he then went down like this to staff meeting. i wish i could've seen there faces because this look is priceless!!

Ledger's hair looks so cute short!! The picture of his profile is just presh! Props to you for letting Lane's grow his hair out for so long, I would have shaved Brad's head in his sleep. lol But, Brad also looks terrible with long hair. He had it in high school and I hated it! At least Lane can pull it off!!!
The Braly boys love their faux hawks! Porter will definitely be rocking one like his big brother as soon as his hair is long enough. Isn't it great to be surrounded by clean-cut men? :)
