playrooms are great...

this picture makes me laugh soooo hard! in case you haven't heard, this boy is into everything. this afternoon, i was cleaning out/organizing our armoire in the living room, and had paper and movies everywhere. i had to stop every 15 seconds or so to stop ledger from eating paper, messing up my piles or from trying to climb into the armoire. so what's a mom to do? lock him in the playroom! not really lock since there's no door... gate him in. he could see me the whole time (no worries :)) he's at a great age because he can entertain himself for long periods of time since he explores everything. we've also safe-proofed that room. no toys he can choke on and all outlets are covered. anyways, i was working away and heard him start crying. usually, he'll fuss for a few seconds then something new catches his eye and he stops. after crying for 15ish seconds, i got up to check on him, and found him like this! the car was upright when i left him in there. i have no idea how the boy got stuck, but he didn't like it! i love being with my kids...there entertaining to say the least :)
