snow boots...

canon has been obsessing this week over snow (from watching news reports with me, i'm sure). i LOVE the snow and LOVE LOVE that he LOVES it, too! yesterday, he told me that after lane and i ate dinner (?), it was going to start snowing. today, he was convinced that after naps it would be snowing. he ran a fever for about 21 hours over the past day so he stayed home from school. he was "helping" me organize tubs of clothes when he came across his snow boots (that still fit!). he was ecstatic and hasn't taken them off all day! he keeps telling me we need to go to target to get ledgie some :)

lane came home for lunch and, of course, the boys were in instant play mode. pretty sure they view him as a fun, toy!! they love for him to carry them around like this then toss them on the couch/bed. today, they were pretending they were monkeys.

somehow play time turned into walking on the ceiling! ledger didn't get the concept and wouldn't straighten out his legs. i'm so thankful for a hands-on daddy for my babies!!
